The spacious main room had a modern kitchen and a big TV. the owner provided good communication and even included tea bags, coffee, chocolates, shower gel, and shampoo. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that everything I needed was included, right down to a pint of milk in the fridge. Check-in and out were simple, and I felt secure walking to the nearby city center.
The bathroom could use a bit of a tidy up, such as a fresh coat of paint, and the wardrobe could be rearranged to avoid seeing oneself in the morning. a small dressing table with a chair would be a nice addition for applying makeup and styling hair.

Stayed at Flat 20 Southlands, felt like a celebrity with my own private parking spot and free WiFi. The towels were so fluffy, I almost considered taking them home.
That the bed linen felt like it belonged in a cheap hotel.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! Free wi-fi and parking were super convenient. The apartment was so clean and comfortable, with the comfiest bed and pillows ever! The location is great for walking into the city, and the quietness made it even better. They provided all necessary facilities, including an electric kettle and cookware. The fluffy towels and easy-to-use shower were a jaw-dropping bonus. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful with excellent communication. And the fact that pets are allowed and there's no smoking on-site is a big plus!

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. It felt like having my own personal chef! The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided a great entertainment option after a long day of exploring Exeter. I felt like I had my own private cinema!
The bathroom needs an upgrade. Tiles in the shower cubicle had some mold.
